WHAT TO EXPECT
HUNTING:
HUNTS ARE CONDUCTED ON 10,000 acres of PRIVATE land. hunters are expected to arrive the night prior to ther hunt unless other arrangements are made. WE will pick you up the morning of your hunt (or at a time of your preference) and will proceed to the ranch. the ranch is entirely low fence and holds a herd of approximately 50 bison. mature bulls are generally 8 years or older and weigh around 1700-2000 lbs. WE ALSO HAVE YOUNGER BULL AND COW MEAT HUNTS AVAILABLE FOR LESS COST THAN TROPHY BULLS. hunts can be conducted with bow, crossbow, muzzleloader or rifle. once the animal is down we will begin the processing. animals will be gutted, skinned, caped and quartered as part of OUR service. local processing is available for anyone wanting full services. generally, it is cold enough this time of year to transport meat and cape without coolers. TO ENSURE THAT EVERYTHING STAYS COLD, WE RECOMMEND bringing a mid-sized chest freezer aLONG WITH A COUPLE LARGE coolers.
our SERVICES:
hunts include a 1:1 or 2:1 hunter to guide ratio depending on how you book. we will transport you for the duration of your hunt, provide you with professional hunt photos, cape your trophy, and make recommendations on game processors and taxidermists. meals and lodging are NOT included in THESE hunt packages.
